I would much rather be outside on a trail or a beach than exercising in a gym. I feel like it’s good for your soul to clear your mind and feel the sun warming your face as you run around a favorite spot. Lately I’ve had to switch up my routine. Since I’m still recovering from an ACL replacement surgery, I have a few limitations, but I work around that. My rehab exercises and yoga have helped so much, and I’m sure I’ll be running again in no time!
